Questions traders ask before opening an account
- Complete the online form, verify your identity with an ID document and proof of address, then fund the account. Most verifications are reviewed on the same business day.
- MetaTrader 5 on desktop, web and mobile. One login works across all three, and your charts, templates and open positions stay in sync.
- A deposit goes to the company account published in the client area and is credited to your MT5 balance. A withdrawal returns by the method the money came in, to an account in your own name.
- Negative balance protection applies to retail accounts: you cannot lose more than the funds you deposited.
- Withdrawal requests are processed on weekdays between 10:00 and 14:00 (UTC+3) and returned to the method you deposited with. The platform charges no withdrawal fee; once the request is placed the money is in your account within one hour at most. The time can vary with the payment method and with your bank or payment provider.
