At the root of the company is one idea: that investors should reach the financial markets through a platform that is modern, easy to understand and built around the person using it.
We set out to offer more than a trading platform. What we are building with our investors is a long-term relationship, in how we communicate and in how we serve.
A strong team, a global outlook
The organisation has grown since the founding, and today more than 100 people work at Verites Capital.
Colleagues from different fields contribute to operations, technology, the customer experience and the development of the platform itself. That breadth is one of the reasons we can answer the changing needs of the investment world quickly and well.
Built around the investor
Our investors are at the centre of how Verites Capital works. We keep improving the experience, keep our communication as open and plain as we can, and aim to make every investment operation practical.
Our support team answers investors' questions and requests between 09:00 and 22:00.
The minimum deposit and the minimum withdrawal are 100 USD. The platform charges no fee on withdrawals, and under normal conditions the money is meant to reach your account within one hour at most. The actual time depends on the payment method used and on the processing of the financial institutions involved.

We believe investing has outgrown borders. Verites Capital therefore serves investors from many countries, subject to the legal and regulatory requirements that apply.
Understanding what investors in different markets expect, and shaping the platform to needs as they change, is an important part of our long-term vision.

Spread and swap rates are visible in the MetaTrader 5 symbol specification before you place the order.
The path money takes
A deposit goes to the account published in the client area and is credited to your MT5 balance. A withdrawal returns by the method it came in, to an account in your own name.

Phone, e-mail and the support tab in the client area all reach the same team.
