Parties and scope

The terms apply to the website, the client area, mobile applications and every digital service we provide. Opening a trading account is additionally governed by the Client Agreement.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and resident in a country where access to leveraged products is not restricted.
Applications from residents of countries where the services are not offered are not accepted.
Account and security
You are responsible for the accuracy of your details and for keeping your password confidential. All activity under your account is treated as yours.
Report any suspected unauthorised use immediately; we may restrict the account while we investigate.

Prices, analysis and educational material on the site are for information only. They are not investment advice, an offer or a recommendation.
Price data may come from third parties and may be delayed. Only prices on the trading platform are dealable.
Intellectual property
Site content, trademarks, logos and software belong to Verites or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is" without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the site.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for negligence or wilful misconduct.

Governing law
